Kevin Comolli
Kevin has been active in international start-ups, general management and venture capital investing for 26 years. Kevin joined Accel in 2000 and focuses primarily on software, internet and mobile businesses.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Alfresco, Getjar, Knewton, Simplivity, Supercell and Varonis; and led Accel London's investments in Atlassian, Etsy and Lot18.

Kevin led Accel's investment in Playfish (acquired by Electronic Arts), Diligent (acquired by IBM), Icera (acquired by Nvidia) and Cape Clear (acquired by Workday).

Prior to joining Accel, Kevin spent 4 years as a London-based Partner at Doughty Hanson & Co.

Before joining Doughty Hanson & Co., Kevin spent 2 years as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs International.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Kevin spent 14 years with Fanuc, the world-leader in robotics and numerical controls. Fanuc develops and deploys full automation systems incorporating advanced hardware, software and communications technology. Over his 14-year career with Fanuc, he held various board, general management, sales, marketing and engineering positions in EMEA and the USA.

Kevin is an active member of the World Economic Forum and is on the Selection Committee of the WEF Technology Pioneers Programme.

In 1982, Kevin graduated with highest distinction from Northwestern University with a BS degree in Engineering. In 1987 he received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
