Vas Natarajan
Vas joined Accel in 2010 and focuses on early and growth stage investments in the online gaming, security, infrastructure, and software-enabled services sectors. He is actively involved with Accel’s investments in 99designs, a crowdsourcing design services marketplace; and Atlassian, a developer-focused project management and collaboration tools vendor. He also helps to lead initiatives with Accel’s recently launched Big Data Fund.
Prior to joining Accel, Vas was with Insight Venture Partners in New York where he focused on growth-stage investments in the infrastructure, data services, and consumer internet spaces. There he helped to evaluate and execute growth-stage investments ranging from $10 to $100 million.
Vas is originally from Princeton, NJ.
Education
Vas graduated with high honors from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business, where he was a Dean's Award recipient.
