Lakshay Bansal

Lakshay joined Accel, as an Analyst in 2021.

Prior to Accel, Lakshay was part of the Investment team at Rebright Partners, a Japanese VC firm where he worked with early-stage startups across various sectors like Agritech, Edtech, Greentech, and Healthtech. Prior to Rebright Partners, he has done short stints with OYO Rooms and ITC Limited.

He holds dual degrees from IIT Kharagpur in Financial Engineering and Agricultural & Food Engineering. Apart from academics, he was also leading multiple student-run organizations including the Filmmaking & Photography Society, Dramatics Society, and the Robotics Club.

Lakshay is an ardent motorsport enthusiast. Outside of work, he can be found watching Formula 1 or planning his next road trip.
