Ritika Gupta

Ritika joined Accel in 2021, as Chief of Staff.

Prior to Accel, Ritika was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, India where she served companies across logistics, infrastructure, chemicals, consumer, and financial services. Pre-MBA, she worked as a consulting analyst with Monitor Deloitte in Mumbai.

Ritika holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore. She interned with Blackstone Real Estate investment team during her MBA and co-founded the VC Society at IIM Bangalore. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University as University Rank 1, and interned with BCG as a knowledge analyst during her undergrad.
