Joe Milner joined Accel in 2022 and serves as associate general counsel.
He provides guidance to the Accel team on investments, exits, and fund structuring, and serves as counsel to the firm globally.
Prior to joining Accel, Joe worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a leading Silicon Valley law firm, where he represented emerging companies and their investors across the corporate life cycle, and at Ropes & Gray, a leading global law firm, where he represented companies in capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Joe grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Brown University.
