Kerry joined Accel in 2025 and invests in early-stage AI, SaaS, and consumer companies. Previously, she was the CEO and co-founder of Searchlight.ai, an Accel-backed company that built enterprise AI software for recruiting. After it was acquired by Multiverse, Kerry led the build and launch of their new AI product in the US market. She is from the Los Angeles area and graduated from Stanford University with distinction.

What's your favorite invention or innovation?
Writing. It unlocked human knowledge transfer, organization, and business, and today is one of the greatest unlocks for AI in the age of LLMs.
What's something people are surprised to learn about you?
I have a twin sister, Anna, who was also my cofounder. Growing up side by side and then building a company together gave me a firsthand understanding of how powerful the right founding team can be. Also, please don’t be surprised if we’ve met and “I” don’t recognize you… it may not be me!
What's your all-time favorite movie, TV show, or book?
Everything, Everywhere, All At Once is not just a cinematic masterpiece starring icons like Michelle Yeoh, it is also a vivid reminder of the power of decisions and the most important one of all: choosing kindness.
