What’s the most impactful piece of advice you’ve received?
My ballet teacher used to say "fall down seven times, stand up eight," an asymmetry that's guided me through countless training sessions, learning steps I'd never attempted before, and throughout my career since. It's a trait I see in the best founders too: they'll find a way regardless of how many times they fall. And it's always worth it the moment you finally land that triple pirouette on pointes!
What’s your all-time favorite movie, TV show, or book?
Interstellar, which taught me that even the most fundamental principles we assume to be fixed are just constraints until someone finds the dimension where they're not.
What was your first job?
I was a waitress at a restaurant in my village in Luxembourg as a young teenager. I learned that good waiters look you in the eyes, while most look at your table - and that smiling through chaos is its own form of damage control!
