Surabhi Capoor

Surabhi joined Accel in July 2025. She is the head of Marketing Operations. Before this, she was the Group CMO of the one of the largest media companies in India and before that she was the head of Product Marketing at CRED. Her hometown is Allahabad and her Alma mater is Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University.

What was your first job?

My first job was at MTV and Vh1. Both for were channels I grew up watching and it was surreal to be placed from college into the coolest pop culture platforms that existed. My focus was on digital marketing & offline experiences.

What's your go-to productivity hack?

An extremely quiet room helps me work 2-3x faster and smarter.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to teleport! Nobody wants to sit in traffic, or a flight for hours just to reach a destination.
