Dhinesh, with his background in Aerospace Engineering from IIT-Madras, and Abhijeet, Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Delhi, have created a distinctive blend of traditional craftsmanship and advanced robotic automation.

Since launching, Fabheads has developed patent-granted custom automation solutions for composite manufacturing, making them one of only seven companies globally with commercial operations—and the only one from India—to achieve this. Their automated technology enables precise fiber placement and layering, dramatically improving efficiency by cutting costs by up to 50%, reducing rejection rates by up to 20%, decreasing material wastage by 20%, and accelerating production cycles by up to 30%.
