At Accel, we’ve been fortunate to partner with many bold, exceptional entrepreneurs – people we refer to as “originals”. These Accel originals have reshaped facets of our everyday lives, everything from how we communicate (Facebook), collaborate at work (Slack, Atlassian, Dropbox), travel (Kayak, HotelTonight), buy online (Etsy, Jet, Flipkart), entertain ourselves (Spotify, Supercell), and much more.

To continue to find the next generation of “originals” and partner with them to help build big, disruptive businesses, it’s incumbent on us to also make sure we’re adding the best investor talent to the Accel team. To that end, we’re thrilled to announce that Maya Noeth has joined Accel. Maya will be leading Accel’s consumer growth efforts and will be making investments across the entire B2C landscape.

We’ve admired Maya’s work for a long time and have partnered with her on a number of deals in the past. For the last 7 years at TCV, she’s invested in many of the most successful consumer companies in tech, including Netflix, Facebook, GoFundMe, TripAdvisor, Spotify, LinkedIn, and Airbnb. She's seen these companies scale first-hand, helping them navigate the late-stage and public financing markets, and has earned the trust and respect of entrepreneurs through being relentlessly analytical and possessing the rare ability to boil down complex situations into simple, clear feedback and solutions.

Prior to TCV, Maya served in an operating role as the CFO at Paperless Post, which she joined pre-launch. She started her career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley.

Please join us in welcoming Maya to the Accel team.
