Flo joined in 2024 and focuses on growth-stage technology companies across fintech, infrastructure, and enterprise software. Prior to Accel, she worked at Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities fund, focusing on late-stage venture and growth buyouts. She grew up in Hong Kong, New York, and Beijing and graduated from Princeton.

Who most inspires you?
Hands down, my mama! Not only is she a distinguished professor of finance and beloved mentor to robotics entrepreneurs, but she is also a lifelong learner, contemporary art gallerist, and awesome single mom. Because of her, I have never doubted that women can do it all.
What’s your go-to productivity hack?
I try to be aware of my energy levels throughout the day and replenish them before becoming too depleted. Hydrating and going for a walk after a draining task or meeting make all the difference!
What’s your all-time favorite movie, TV show, OR book?
Friends was my absolute favorite TV show growing up - I've watched the entire series at least 10x. It's funny and feels good but wise, too. Life is best lived in great company!
