Praachi Goenka joined Accel in 2022 as a member of the investment team and focuses on early-stage investments.
Prior to Accel, Praachi was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she served clients on cost optimization, growth strategy, and sales acceleration programs across Consumer, Financial Services, and Hospitality sectors.
Before McKinsey, she completed short stints with KPMG, NITI AAYOG, EY, and P&G.
Praachi holds a major in Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi, where she also led the social entrepreneurship club, among other student bodies.
