Jake Flomenberg


Jake Flomenberg joined Accel in 2012 and focuses on next-generation infrastructure, enterprise software, and security investments.

He is on the board or actively involved in developer-focused companies like Radar and Sumo Logic; data companies like Trifacta and Zoomdata, and security companies like Demisto. He also led the firm’s investments in Kensho and Origami Logic.

Jake is part of the team responsible for Accel's Big Data Fund, Tech Council, and Accel Scholars program at Stanford University.

Prior to Accel, Jake held product leadership roles at Splunk and Cloudera and was a member of Lockheed Martin's Engineering Leadership Development Program.

Jake is from Cherry Hill, New Jersey and graduated from Duke University with a triple major in Electrical Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Economics. He has a Masters in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
