Founded in 2010 by George Kurtz (the former CTO of McAfee), and Dmitri Alperovitch, we led a Series B investment round in 2013, and have continued to invest in every round since, as the CrowdStrike team has effectively and rapidly scaled its business to help defend against targeted cyberattacks and protect the data of important leaders in every industry. The company went public (NASDAQ: CRWD) in June 2019.
